Tell us what you want to study. We build it.

OPSY runs interview studies as a conversation on the participant's own phone. Consent, scheduling, reminders and a validated measure are built in. You describe the study below; we set it up and send you a link to try within a day or two.

What a study can look like

Mood diaryA short recurring check-in on mood and what shaped it, with the WHO-5.
Integration studyHow people make sense of a meaningful experience over the following weeks.
Coincidence logHow people notice and make meaning of coincidences, without leading them.
Wellbeing check-inA brief, gentle check-in built around the validated WHO-5.

OPSYHow has your mood been today? Take it wherever feels true.
ParticipantFlat, mostly. Better after I walked the dog.
OPSYWhat was different about the walk, do you think?
