Unresolved incidents first Loading

Operational guard events from live studies. No participant answers are shown. Transcript access requires a participant’s explicit scoped-consent grant.

Resolve the operational state, not participant content. Open incidents stay at the top. Resolving an item changes its status but keeps it visible in the incident history.

Team and roles Loading

Researchers design and operate studies. Reviewers can make independent study decisions. Admins can also manage organisation access.

Choose the least-privileged role that supports the person’s work. An admin can change the role later.

Append-only audit verification

Governance actions are hash-chained. Altering or deleting one entry breaks verification. This workspace provides no edit or delete controls for audit entries.
